Do I do it for attention
From all  my friends

Have my thirteen years of life
all been an act

Familiar painsFamiliar pains
I've cried these tears before
I've sliced these scars before
I've hidden behind these walls before
I've felt these feelings to many times before

Now you feel them
I hate to see
That you are paining
You deserve better

If only I take them from you
Rid you of your troubles
Darkness to lightSitting in a corner with darkness surrounding you
You see lights around you begin to light
None near enough to upset your darkness
When one day
The light above your head flicks on
Then you are easily seen
Like the rest of the world
You sit in your corner cowering
You don't know what to do
You hope the light will go out soon
But you don't know what you're in for
Someone comes and stands beside you
You welcome them to sit
Hoping they will help you make darkness return
They decline
You still hope they'll help
When they finally walk away
You are blinded by the light
You realize they had been blocking some of it
